Rancang Bangun Alat Penyangrai dan Penggiling Kopi Otomatis Sederhana Berbasis Mikrokontroler

Saat ini di pasaran sudah tersedia alat penyangrai dan penggiling kopi otomatis yang memiliki keunggulan dari segi tampilan, kecepatan menyangrai dan menggiling kopi, serta memiliki dua cara kerja yaitu secara manual dan otomatis. Namun alat ini juga memiliki kelamahan yaitu, dari segi daya yang dibutuhkan sangat tinggi, hanya mampu menampung kopi 250 gram dan harga yang relatif mahal. Dalam tugas akhir ini telah dirancang suatu alat penyangrai dan penggiling kopi otomatis berbasis mikrokontroler. Daya yang dihasilkan pada perangkat ini yaitu 129.3 Watt dan dapat menampung biji kopi sebanyak 350 gram. Alat ini menggunakan sensor suhu PT100 sebagai sensor suhu dan elemen pemanas sebagai pengganti kompor gas elpiji serta motor dc dan motor servo sebagai penggerak mekanik. Alat ini mampu menyangrai dan menggiling kopi dalam satu perangkat. Kualitas kopi dari alat ini memiliki kadar air 8.60 %, cemaran logam(Cu) 1.125 mg/kg dan tingkat keasaman rata-rata 5.5. Secara umum kualitas kopi yang dihasilkan dari alat ini telah memenuhi standar.

Power generated on this device is 129.3 Watt and can accommodate as much as 350 grams of coffee beans. This device uses a temperature sensor PT100 and the heating element instead of LPG gas stoves and dc motors and servo motors as the driving mechanics. The machine can roast and grind coffee all at once in a device. Coffee quality of this machine has a water content of 8.60%, metal contamination (Cu) 1.125 mg / kg and the average acidity level of 5.5. In general, the quality of coffee produced from this tool has met the standard.
